Q: Do I need to complete all setup steps to start earning?

A: Yes. You must complete the full setup process to make your account functional and secure for transactions and payouts

A: Typically within 48 hours after submitting your setup for review.

Q: What if I encounter issues during identity verification?

Q: Do I need to verify my account to start?

A: Verification isn’t required to browse or create content, but it’s mandatory to publish paid products and receive payouts.

Q: Can I register without uploading a product immediately?

A: Yes. You can complete your profile now and publish your first product later.

Q: Can I skip the business info during sign-up?

A: Yes, this section is optional during sign-up and can be completed anytime from your Dashboard.

Q: What if I don’t have business details yet?

A: That’s okay. You can still start the setup and add details later—especially if registering as a Creator.

Q: Do I need a registered business license to join MUAB?

A: A business license is only required at the verification stage. You can begin setup without it.

Q: Is a Business Space required to sell digital products on MUAB?

A: Yes. You must set up a Business Space to publish and sell content.


Editing & Managing Your Info

Q: Is this upgrade to Business Space free?

A: Yes. Upgrading is free. MUAB only takes a commission when you start earning.

Q: Can I edit my profile or business info later?

A: Absolutely. Most details—like name, description, tags, and avatar—can be updated anytime in Settings.

Q: Can I change my email address?

A: Yes, you can update it from the Settings page.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions.

Q: Can I preview my Business Space before going live?

A: Yes. Once approved, your public profile is viewable and editable anytime.

Q: What if I make a mistake during setup?

A: No problem. You can edit most fields after submission.

Q: Can I pause or deactivate my Business Space?

A: Yes. Contact support to pause publishing or temporarily deactivate your space.

Q: Can I keep some credentials private?

A: Yes. You can choose whether credentials are visible to the public or for MUAB’s internal verification only.

Q: Can I use multiple payment methods?

A: Yes. You can link both PayPal and Payoneer for flexible payout options.

Q: What payment providers are supported?

A: MUAB supports both global and local payment providers, depending on your region.

Q: When should I enable 2-step verification?

A: As soon as you start generating revenue—it helps protect your account and earnings.

Q: How do I access the setup video again?

A: You’ll find the video anytime on the “Complete Your Creator Setup” screen in your dashboard.

Q: Can I use the same email for both personal and business use?

A: Yes. Your MUAB account supports both with a single login.

Q: Are there naming restrictions for my Business Space?

A: Yes. Your name must be unique and follow MUAB guidelines (no offensive, misleading, or impersonating names).

Q: Can I update my avatar or profile image?

A: Definitely. You can change it anytime in your Settings.

Q: Are avatars customizable?

A: MUAB offers a wide selection of avatars. While not fully customizable, there’s plenty to choose from.

Q: Can we have more than one admin?

A: Yes. You can manage admins and team roles through the Octopus System.

Q: Is MUAB suitable for small businesses and startups?

A: Absolutely. MUAB supports solo creators, startups, and large institutions alike.
