Q: Can I view all content types in one feed?

A: Not yet, but a unified Explore feed is in development!

Q: Are Explore posts the same as my Home Feed?

A: No. Home Feed shows content from creators you follow. Explore features trending and tag-based content from across MUAB.

Q: Can I search by hashtag in Explore?

A: Yes! Tap the search icon and enter a hashtag or keyword to instantly find related content.

Q: Does engaging with posts affect my recommendations?

A: Absolutely. Every Diamond, comment, or saved post helps MUAB personalize future content for you.

Q: Can I upload content directly from my phone?

A: Yes! MUAB’s mobile app lets you upload text, images, and videos — including Shorts.

Q: What if I upload a video under 1 minute?

A: It will automatically be recognized as a Short, which is great for quick tips and mini-updates.

Q: Can I edit or delete my post after publishing?

A: Absolutely! Use the three-dot menu on your post to edit, update, or delete anytime.

Q: Who can see my post?

A: All posts are public by default, viewable by learners and creators across MUAB. (Private posts may be added in future updates.)

Q: Can I save both posts and digital products?

A: Yes! Everything you save—posts and digital products—is collected under your Favorites tab in the side menu.

Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can save?

A: No hard limit. Save as many items as you want to personalize your learning journey.

Q: Can other users see my saved content?

A: No. Your Favorites are private and visible only to you.

Q: How do I remove something from Favorites?

A: Simply tap the Save (bookmark) icon again on the post or product to unsave it.

Q: Can I access my saved items offline?

A: No, an internet connection is required to view saved posts and products on MUAB.

Q: Can I give more than one Diamond Reaction to the same post or product?

A: No. Each user can give only one Diamond per post or product to keep feedback authentic.

Q: Where can I use the Diamond Reaction?

A: You can use the Diamond Reaction on any post in your feed and on digital products you’ve viewed or purchased.

Q: Why should I leave comments on MUAB?

A: Comments help you ask questions, share experiences, connect with other users, and support creators with feedback.

Q: How do I comment on a post or digital product?

A: Scroll to the bottom of the post or product page, type your message, and tap Send.

Q: Are there guidelines for commenting?

A: Yes. Keep all comments respectful and constructive to help foster a positive community.

Q: What can I share on MUAB?

A: You can share posts and digital product pages, both within MUAB or outside (social media, messaging apps, email, etc.).

Q: How do I share content from MUAB?

A: Tap the Share icon on any post or product, then choose to share internally on MUAB or copy the link to share externally.

Q: Why is interaction (Diamonds, comments, shares) important on MUAB?

A: Every interaction helps boost valuable content, build connections, and spread knowledge to more people.
