Diamond Reactions

Q: Can I undo a Diamond Reaction?

A: Yes! Just tap the Diamond again to remove it from a post.

Q: Can I give multiple Diamonds to the same post?

A: No. Each user can give only one Diamond per post to keep reactions fair and meaningful.

Q: Do creators get notified when I give a Diamond?

A: Yes. Creators receive a notification when their content receives a Diamond Reaction.

Q: Can I see which posts have the most Diamonds?

A: Yes. Posts with higher Diamond counts are often highlighted in Explore and other discovery sections.

Q: Does giving a Diamond impact my recommendations?

A: Yes! The more you engage with valuable content, the more MUAB tailors your feed to your interests.


Post Formats & Elements

Q: What’s the maximum number of images I can add in one post?

A: You can upload up to 5 images in a single multi-image post.

Q: Can I edit a post after publishing?

A: Yes, you can edit the title, description, and media from your post options.

Q: How long can videos be?

A: Short videos are limited to 60 seconds. Longer videos have no current limit but should remain relevant and high quality.

Q: Will Live Sessions and File Posting be available to all users?

A: Yes! Once released, these features will be accessible to everyone — creators, learners, and professionals alike.

Q: Can I post without choosing a category?

A: While not required, adding a category helps your content reach the most relevant audience.


User Titles

Q: Can I change my title after selecting one?

A: Yes! You can update your title anytime from your Profile Settings.

Q: Can I have more than one title?

A: For clarity and consistency, each user can select one title at a time.

Q: Will my title appear publicly?

A: Yes. Your title appears beneath your name across your MUAB profile and shared content.

Q: Are title suggestions reviewed before approval?

A: Yes. Our team reviews all submitted titles to ensure they align with MUAB’s mission and guidelines.

Q: What if I don’t find a title that fits me?

A: We’d love to hear your suggestion! Submit a new title request and we’ll do our best to add it.


Categories

Q: Can I follow multiple categories at once?

A: Yes! You can select as many categories as you like in your profile settings, and your feed will adapt to show content from all selected areas.

Q: Are the categories the same for creators and learners?

A: Yes. Both creators and learners access the same categories, but your experience will differ based on whether you're publishing or consuming content.

Q: Can categories change over time?

A: Absolutely. MUAB regularly adds or adjusts categories based on community feedback and content trends.

Q: What if my content doesn’t fit any of the listed categories?

A: You can still publish your content and tag it appropriately. We encourage you to submit a new category request if you feel something’s missing.

Q: Do categories affect how my content is discovered?

A: Yes. Selecting the right category helps users find your content when browsing or searching in the Marketplace or Explore tabs.


Profile Overview

Q: Can I update my profile picture and bio later?

A: Absolutely! You can update your photo, bio, and all personal information anytime from your About View.

Q: Are my certificates and work experience visible to everyone?

A: Only if you choose to make them public. You have full control over what information is displayed.

Q: How do I change my category (e.g., from Learner to Creator)?

A: Navigate to the About View and update your Category field to match your evolving role.

Q: What happens if I don’t fill in all my profile fields?

A: No problem — you can complete your profile at your own pace. Only completed sections will be displayed publicly.

Q: Can I see who views my profile?

A: Currently, MUAB does not display profile viewers to maintain privacy and focus on engagement instead of views.
