Q: How do I find the right digital products for me?

A: Use categories, hashtags, and the Recommended sections to find products that fit your interests.

Q: How do I filter search results?

A: On web, use the left-side filter panel. On mobile, use category and topic filters.

Q: Can I save a digital product for later?

A: Yes! Tap the heart icon (❤️) on any product to add it to your wishlist.

Q: How do I follow my favorite creators?

A: Tap Follow from their profile or in the Top Creators section to stay updated.

Q: Where can I find similar digital products?

A: Related Products are shown at the bottom of every product detail page.

Q: Do I need a special account to buy digital products?

A: No—any MUAB user can purchase products. Just sign up and start exploring.

Q: Can I buy multiple digital products at once?

A: Absolutely! Add as many products as you like to your cart, then check out in one transaction.

Q: How do I purchase a product?

A: Once you’re logged in, just browse the marketplace, select your desired product, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes, all payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

Q: Can I gift a digital product to someone else?

A: Not yet, but a gifting feature is coming soon!

Q: How do recommendations work?

A: MUAB uses your activity, interests, and purchases to suggest products tailored to you.

Q: Where do I find my purchased products?

A: In the Purchases section in your side menu—available anytime.

Q: What happens after I buy a product?

A: Your purchased product will appear immediately in your MUAB Library for instant access.

Q: Can I download purchased digital products?

A: Yes! If a product includes downloadable content, you’ll see the download option inside the product details in your Library.

Q: Can I re-access a purchase at any time?

A: Absolutely. All your purchases remain in your Library permanently unless removed by the creator.

Q: Can I favorite a product I’ve purchased?

A: Yes! Tap the star icon next to any item to mark it as a favorite for quick access later.

Q: How will I know if my refund request is approved?

A: You’ll see real-time status updates in the Purchases tab and get an in-app notification.

Q: Can I request a refund if I’m not satisfied?

A: Some products are eligible for refunds, depending on the creator’s policy. Refund details are shown on each product page.

Q: Will creators know if I requested a refund?

A: Yes, but your reason is private unless you choose to share it. MUAB ensures the refund process is confidential and respectful.
