1. Introduction
The MUAB Business Space Policy governs the use of accounts designated for commercial and professional activities on the MUAB platform. “Business Spaces” include individuals such as content creators, as well as organizations like training centers, universities, schools, and other entities that sell or distribute digital products via the platform.
By registering as a Business Space, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Benefits of Business Spaces
Business Spaces on MUAB enjoy the following benefits:
Monetization Opportunities: Sell a wide variety of digital products including images, videos, presentations, PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, compressed archives, audio files, and written content.
Intellectual Property Rights: Business Spaces retain full copyright ownership of the products they publish.
Flexible Product Structuring: Ability to divide each product into multiple sections containing various elements.
Global Reach: Access to a wide audience through MUAB’s international marketplace.
Easy Earnings Collection: The platform enables payout setup, and earnings are disbursed monthly (according to the terms below).
Octopus System: Business Spaces benefit from Octopus, an intelligent business assistant offering tools in marketing, financial management, and training content management.
Marketing & Analytics Support: SEO optimization, promotional visibility, and performance analytics to boost sales and exposure.
3. Business Space Responsibilities
Business Spaces must adhere to the following:
Identity Verification: Completion of MUAB’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process and submission of required official documentation upon request.
Content Compliance: All digital products must comply with UAE laws and international regulations, and must not contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Tax Compliance: Business Spaces are responsible for fulfilling applicable tax obligations, including VAT (for UAE-based sales) and international tax standards.
Content Authenticity: Products must be accurately described and meet MUAB's quality standards.
Note: Business Spaces are not required to provide direct customer service. MUAB handles payment-related inquiries and dispute resolution through its internal support systems.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
MUAB applies multiple technologies to protect intellectual property rights, including:
Copyright Management: Business Spaces can set licensing terms and control the distribution of their content.
Digital Rights Management (DRM): Prevents illegal copying and distribution.
Automated Monitoring: MUAB actively monitors and enforces against violations or unauthorized reselling.
5. Stop Policy & Account Termination
MUAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate Business Space accounts in the following cases:
Violation of terms of use or platform policies.
Selling content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Repeated customer complaints regarding misleading or poor-quality content.
Prolonged account inactivity.
Business Spaces may voluntarily request account closure. However, previously sold products will remain accessible to customers unless stated otherwise in the product terms.
6. Amendments
MUAB reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
7. Revenue Sharing & Payment Processing
Revenue Share: MUAB retains between 10% to 30% of revenue generated from digital product sales, depending on the product type, support level, and service tier.
Withdrawal Fees: Monthly withdrawal fees vary depending on the selected payment method (e.g., bank transfer, digital wallets, etc.).
Minimum Monthly Payout: Earnings will only be transferred if the total balance exceeds USD 100 in a given month.
Support Systems: MUAB manages all backend systems related to payment processing and handles customer service for financial transactions and disputes.
