1. The Certificates Sub-tab
Before linking a certificate to a product, you can manage all your templates in the Certificates section of the Digital Products Arm.
View Templates: See a list of all your created certificates, including their Title and the Associated Product.
Create Standalone: Click "+ Add Certificate" to design a template before you've even finished your product.
2. Linking a Certificate During Product Creation
You can manage certification directly within the Digital Product Factory at Step 3: Details.
Option A: Link an Existing Certificate
If you have already designed a certificate template:
Scroll to the Certification section in Step 3.
Toggle the "Include Certificate" switch to ON.
Use the "Select Certificate" dropdown menu to choose from your library of pre-made templates.
Once selected, this certificate is now officially linked to the product.
Option B: Create a New Certificate on the Fly
If you haven't made a template yet:
Toggle "Include Certificate" to ON.
Click the "+ Add Certificate" button located right next to the dropdown.
A modal or new screen will appear where you can:
Name your Certificate: Give it a professional title (e.g., "Mastering UI Design - Level 1").
Choose a Design: Select from MUAB’s professional templates.
Preview: See how the learner's name and completion date will appear.
Save the certificate, and it will automatically be selected for the current product.
3. How Learners Receive Their Certificate
Certification is automated for your peace of mind:
Completion Trigger: The system tracks the learner's progress. As soon as they complete 100% of the content in the "Value" section, the certificate is generated.
