Invite Members to Your Company Space

Learn how to grant access to assistants, co-instructors, or administrators to help manage your MUAB Business Space.

Updated today

Why grow your team on MUAB? You don’t have to do it all alone! Whether you’re running a production agency, a coaching firm, or a content house, MUAB’s Company Business Space is designed to be your collaborative headquarters. By bringing in the right talent—from editors to co-instructors—you ensure your brand stays "sticky" and high-quality, giving your audience the premium experience they expect.

Step 1: Send Your First Invitation

Ready to offload some work? Let’s get your team on board:

  1. Navigate to Permissions: Open your Octopus Dashboard and click on the Roles & Permissions tab.

  2. Start the Invite: Click the blue "+ Invite member" button.

  3. Enter Details: Simply type in the Email Address of the person joining your mission.

Step 2: Choose the Perfect Role

This is where you control the "stickiness" of your operations. Pick a role that fits their specific superpower:

  • Instructor: Perfect for your co-creators. They can build courses and manage content, but they won't see your sensitive financial data.

  • Admin: Ideal for your right-hand manager or VA. They have full access to products and analytics to keep the wheels turning while you focus on the big picture.

  • Owner: This gives full access to settings and billing. Note: Only grant this to your most trusted business partners!

Step 3: Manage Your Growing Empire

Once the invite is sent, your new team member will show up in your list:

  • Track Status: See who is "Active" and who is still "Pending" their invite.

  • Make Adjustments: As your business evolves, you can easily edit roles or remove access with a single click.

🎉 Collaboration is the Key to Growth

By inviting team members, you aren’t just getting help—you’re building a more robust, professional presence that proves to your followers that your MUAB space is the place to be for top-tier content.
